Hey guys! I’ve got some real fun, party inspiration for y’all today on the blog. For my 19th birthday dinner, I wanted a small, intimate dinner with just a few friends and family. So, I decided to theme it “Moroccan Nights.” My mom and I are known for throwing together unique and fun parties, and while I wanted this party to be small, it was still one of my favorites. I started out my party planning by searching through Pinterest (of course!) to look for similar parties with the ambiance I was wanting, and I hope that one day down the road, someone like me will come by my post and be exactly what they were looking for in a party!

Most of the party decorations were gathered from around the house, the Dollar Tree, or at Hobby Lobby! I wanted a real busy look for table decorations so I filled all of the empty spaces with strings of beads and bangles. Since the lighting was real dark, we lit several dozen tea light candles, they also made cute decorations and fell along with the busy look!.We draped chiffon satin fabric in hot pink, red, and orange across the ceiling.

To pull the elegant look together, we made up name cards and Menu’s for each person. The party wouldn’t be my birthday party without a cookie cake! This year, I decided to try a cookie cake from Publix, and honestly, it was really good. Compared to the Great American Cookie company, this cookie cake was much thicker and the icing was much sweeter.

And of course, It wouldn’t be fun unless we played by tradition and sat on the floor! I figured I would have a few protests about this from the boys, but they were surprisingly all compliant!

Below are a few photos with my friends and family at the party. All of the photos posted on this blog are owned by me and may be used by others, as long as I am tagged, notified, and given credit for my work.
